What is Fit In 50?

Fit in 50 has been specifically designed to get sedentary people moving more and feeling better in and around their office/workspace by offering some basic nutritional advice, exercises and stretches incorporated into their working day, to help combat the effects of a sedentary lifestyle.

We focus on 4 key areas:

Our philosophy is to focus on simple and effective exercises. All the recommended exercises can be performed at the comfort of your desk and focus on all major muscles and joints. The exercises are designed to improve strength, mobility and cardio fitness.

2. Nutrition

Eat this, don’t eat that… how many times have we heard this over the years?

With FitIn50 we try to keep the advice nice and simple allowing room for snack and treats!

3. Walking

You might think that you don’t have enough time, but we talk about different options for walking in and around the office to help break that sedentary cycle.

4. Hydration

Hydration is essential for improving your performance and mood at work. Being dehydrated can affect your concentration, mental alertness and fatigue levels
